We are a biopharmaceutical company that develops novel drugs. Our leading drug candidate is called REMOXY© (oxycodone) Extended-Release Capsules Cll. REMOXY is a strong painkiller with a unique formulation designed to reduce potential risks of unintended use. REMOXY and three other abuse-resistant painkillers are being developed pursuant to our strategic alliance with Pfizer, Inc.

We are also currently working on a variety of other preclinical programs.
